IMPORTANT!
To make sure our condo is a good fit for you, we need to share some of the not-so-fun stuff with you, too…
We of course want you to enjoy your stay, but we feel it’s important to let all potential guests know about the following rules.
- No smoking! In addition to smoking and vaping being prohibited in our condo and on our balcony, our building, Ocean Breeze West, is a 100% Smoke Free Facility, so there is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property, including the parking lot or private beach. There is NO designated smoking area.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed! Only registered pets of owners are permitted on the premises.
- One vehicle per condo. Only one parking pass will be provided (please ask about options for a second vehicle).
- The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons, including children and infants (4 adults max). We will need the names of each guest. The rate is the same for one person as it is for six.
- No parties or events are allowed. Neither our condo nor the complex is equipped to accommodate parties or events.
- The responsible member of the rental party will be the “Guest” named in the rental agreement and must be 25 years old or older and present during the entire stay.
- All children must be under adult supervision at all times. Please note: While children are welcome, our condo is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for some children.
- All personal items must be removed from the beach at night. Any items left overnight are subject to disposal. This pertains to all beaches in Perdido Key.
